Canada Day: Strong Communities Start at Home

Canada Day is more than fireworks and celebrations. It’s a reminder of the values that hold communities together. Cooperation, resilience, and neighbours helping neighbours have shaped the country we’re proud to call home, and those same values still matter today.

Selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make. It comes with emotional ties, financial considerations, and important timing decisions, all of which can feel overwhelming without the right guidance. While effort is important, successful outcomes come from having a clear strategy, proven systems, and experienced support in place.

That’s where our team comes in.

With over 20 years of experience and more than 2,500 families helped, we’ve built a real estate system designed to deliver results with clarity and confidence. Our focus is on helping homeowners move forward without unnecessary stress or uncertainty.

This July, if you know someone looking to sell their home, let them know we’ll guarantee the sale of their home within 60 days or we’ll pay them $1,000.* That kind of protection allows sellers to move forward knowing they won’t be left wondering what happens next.

Nearly every home we work with sells at market value or higher because we follow a proven approach, from pricing and exposure to negotiation and execution. That’s why so many homeowners trust us during one of life’s biggest transitions.

We also offer a FREE, No Obligation to Move Consultation for anyone considering a move. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, explore options, and create a clear plan without pressure.

When you refer someone to our team, you’re doing more than helping with real estate. We are on a mission to raise $25,000 for The Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre. The Food Bank is a progressive and collaborative organization that uses a systems approach to develop programs, services, and initiatives that address the underlying causes of food insecurity and poverty in our community. In the last fiscal year, the Saskatoon Food Bank provided 3,083,846 lbs of food through the emergency food hampers, $17,325,479 put back into the community through the tax clinic, and over 800 volunteers helped in various departments.

We are committed to donating a portion of our income from home sales to this very worthy cause.

So, YOUR REFERRALS REALLY DO HELP THE COMMUNITY...

Who do you know considering buying or selling a home you could refer to my real estate sales team? When you refer someone who is buying or selling a home to my team, everyone wins: those you refer benefit from great real estate service and the Saskatoon Food Bank will receive a donation that helps ensure a food-secure community where all people have access to safe, affordable, and nutritious food.

Just give me a call or pass my number on to anyone you know considering buying or selling. My number is (306) 717-1144.

With all my appreciation.

Saskatoon Sales Statistics - June 2025

DEMAND IS REWRITING SASKATCHEWAN’S HOUSING MARKET

Saskatoon reported 589 sales last month, among the strongest June’s on record and 22 percent above the 10-year average for the month. While inventory pressures continue to prevent even stronger sales levels, year-todate sales narrowly trail 2025 levels and are well above the 10-year average through the first half of the year.

Despite a 17 percent year-over-year increase in new listings, Saskatoon continues to report the tightest market conditions in the province, with inventory levels 43 percent below the 10-year average and only 1.6 months of supply heading into July.

Saskatoon’s residential benchmark price hit a new record $448,400 in June, up from the prior record of $444,400 in May and nearly five percent higher than June 2025.

Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. Currently, we are building our online profiles – which include testimonial reviews from satisfied clients – in order to give potential new clients an idea of what they can expect when they work with us. I would greatly appreciate if you could add your own rating and review to our Google profile. It would be a tremendous help to us, as many people rely on reviews in deciding which agent to use.

Thanks in advance if you can help us out ❤️
